1. All fields are mandatory, incomplete registrations cannot be submitted.

2. All information provided on course applications remains strictly confidential.

3. Course payment is not required until you are advised your application is successful.

4. All successful and waitlisted applicants will be notified via email.

5. Successful applicants will receive an acceptance letter which contains payment options with instructions regarding how to secure your place on this course.

6. NCCTRC will withdraw any applicant who fails to provide payment within the nominated timeframe.

7. Participants will not receive any course manuals or pre reading until payment is received.

8. Course prices are subject to change without notice.

9. In the event the NCCTRC is activated in response to an incident, courses may be suspended or postponed at short notice, and as such, in this instance your course fees would be refunded.

10. NCCTRC accepts no responsibility financial or otherwise for courses cancelled by external providers.

11. All notifications to withdraw from courses should be done in writing; however a cancellation fee will occur if a participant withdraws within 2 weeks prior to a course. If a participant fails to attend a course without prior notice, the course fee will be forfeited unless in extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the NCCTRC.

12. Participants are responsible for the following;

a) All travel and accommodation arrangements, car parking fees, including any cancellations fees. Flexible travel and accommodation arrangements are strongly recommended, NCCTRC accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred due to unforeseen circumstances of course rescheduling or cancellation.

b) Advising your supervisor of your application and ensuring correct rostering procedures are followed.

c) Northern Territory Government Staff are responsible for contacting Onestaff to advise the course PIPS code.

d) All Medical conditions that may interfere with course activities must be reported to the course coordinator prior to course commencement.

e) Failure to attend all course sessions may impact on your assessment and a certificate being issued.

f) Closed shoes are compulsory for all courses.
